Quiche made with cream. I call them refrigerator quiches coz i just use what i have in the fridge!3 eggs to 1/2 cup cream or there abouts and whatever filling you want. I normally use up the rest of my bacon, cheddar cheese, sometimes shallots, spring onions i also chuck in some garlic and onion powder salt and pepper. For the other one i treated us to some smoked salmon and fetta cheese yummmm.
