Update

Happy Australia day everyone. We didn't have a BBQ but we did have a day at the beach. I keep forgetting that the beach is just up the road not a flight away. Yesterday was wonderful the Tassi waters were warm and the Tassi breeze was cool. The sand is never too hot too walk on and the company is always great. We shared the day with a few of the Triffit clan but what is new. And even Me ,(Mel) with only 1 1/2 weeks to go till baby is due to arrive had a pleasant day. We've tried everything else to help the baby hurry up, curry nights walks in the rain exercises so we knew we were safe to have me walk on the beach. Today Dean is back at work and the kids can do what eva. I am going to sit and fold clothes and quilt and scrap book a few pics from yesterday and hopefully try and make a wrap skirt I Got off Another friends blog, She said its easy so we'll see. Nothing much planned for the next week. But have fun everybody and will keep you posted.

What a day

Volly on the beach

Putting up the net for a spot of volley ball seemed to be a little challenging for some. But once it was up even Mels dad had a game.

Sun Surf and Sand what else do kids go to the beach for? Jackson started digging a hole to China then ended up buried in his own creation. Charna and Kealin were all for it and I am surprised Kealin let his siblings bury him what a good sport

the boys

I think Dean needs a little run in the sun, Thats working in an office for you!!

lunch at the beach

Really settled into the day now

No Jackson just my two little posers

Happy Birthday to Mel. Today she turned 30. Didn't do much I just quilted and finished off my cousins scrapbook. I had a few people drop in, I took myself out for lunch to the Elizabeth town cafe, and then everyone (mum, dad, sherri Dean and the kids) out to dinner in Devonport To la Porcgetta. In reality I just wanted one thing. And that was the baby! I realized the other day that I have been having babies for the last 10 years. A little break in the beginning but never the less it will be nice to start thinking about other things then expanding my family (as this is mine and Deans last baby for sure!!). Also I have been reflecting on my last decade and have realized that the best things about my twenties was actually being a mother, and finally getting married to the best person ever. Sounds sappy but I really can't think off anything that has shaped me into the person I am better then of course the Gospel, my husband who travels the journey with me, then being a mother. So cheers to my kids, My heavenly Father and my Dean for seeing me through the last ten years of my life and lets hope the next ten are just as lively!

up date

Hi family and friends. Its been a while I know. The day I was doing up the christmas shots the computer was taking so long so I chucked a nana and did something else. Then it got to far away from christmas to feel I could still put those pictures up, then I couldn't log in to my account for ages and I got upset everytime I tried. So I called in the technocal support and here I am. I hope everyone is doing fine. Mel only has 2 1/2 weeks to go till baby comes and about the same time till school starts again so a busy few weeks. I actually have to go now everyone here is fine just waiting for the baby. Keep well by for now

Chocolate factory

Hell from the Cadbury chocolate factory in Tasmania. The 2 1/2 hour drive down to Hobart was so totally worth it. The kids even liked the tour! only because there was a chocolate box waiting for them in the end.
